GOD'S SPIRIT

24.02.2018

We have spoken recently about the Father and the Son, about the splendor of glory for us humans, opened by cleansing through the blood of the Son of God and bringing us into this heavenly glory in the presence of our heavenly Father. We could say: O, lift us, Lord, lift us up in your grace and goodness, so that we may experience within a foretaste of this glory to which you lead us, filling us with Your Spirit.

Today I would like us to speak of the Spirit of God, often unknown, how unknown is the Father and the Son, because of that man is separated by sin from the treasures of knowledge. We will read some of the passages from the Bible that tell us about the Holy Spirit. We would like, together with the Holy Spirit, on the basis of these Words, with which He inspired those of God's people who wrote them, to look at what these Words speak to us as truth and, valuing them, keep them in ourselves. And may our minds and hearts be open to the preciousness of this truth, because it is so precious, although many do not even see its preciousness. Many pass it by, as if it is not so important to possess and live it.

Now let's take a picture like this - we have to build a building, and we have thirty men to do that, and you as the thirty-first. You go to work, but it turns out these thirty men are dead and only you are alive. So what if these thirty men have arms, legs, you can see they are robust, but there is no life in them. Likewise, the house of God cannot be built, even if there are a hundred men, if ninety-nine are dead. We know man was made of dust, he was dead, whole man Adam was lying, and he was dead. It was only the Spirit of God that brought Adam to life. God's Spirit is so important. Without God's Spirit, you are like an almost ready-made Christian with the Bible in hand, with prayers and songs, but you are actually dead and unfit for God's building. You can't, you have no abilities, because you're dead. You can't even move your arm or your foot or think because you're dead. Therefore, the building needs living Christians, alive thanks to the Holy Spirit. Jesus told a powerful truth: "The flesh helps nothing, the Spirit gives life." Thirty men lie, thirty bodies lie, each two meters tall, but their bodies will not help you. It is as if you were going to war with the enemy and you would be carrying your thirty soldiers, but dead. So what if they're with you, they won't help you.

Without the Holy Spirit, there is no life, without the Spirit of God, there is no life. That is why the Word of God says that the world is dead because the Spirit of God is not in it. Though the people of the world go to shops and places, they run their own errands, but they are dead, they are not alive. Their life is only that dust, that is made of dust and will turn to dust. Their plans, their ideas go nowhere but to what their eyes see and what their ears hear. Only the Spirit of God brings us to life through Christ. It is said of the Spirit of God that He will come to glorify Christ in the Church. And as in this valley of dry bones; there are thirty dead men lying, and you are alone with them, and you hear: prophesy to those lying: "Come alive, wake up from sleep" and see the Spirit of God begins to work, and you see one gets up, the other gets up, and you look rejoicing that now it is possible to start work. A moment ago incapable, and in a moment, thanks to the truth of the gospel and the Holy Spirit working according to it, people begin to feel that they are drawn to something completely different than before. They came to life and finally began to see what is more precious, than that what is passing away.

 Genesis 1:2-3a:

And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, (...) "

And God said, and it was done. As God said, "live" and the Holy Spirit gives life. The spirit of God is bringing to life. God is the God of the living, not of the dead. His Spirit is alive, He brings life, breaks us out of death, gives freshness of the open heaven.

1 Samuel 16:13:

Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah."

We read the Word - "God's Spirit", "Holy Spirit", "The Spirit of the Lord" and see if you understand what it means, what you read? Do you know what the Word is talking about? Many people pass over a treasure, over a wonderful treasure, they go over as if it would not be a treasure and go on in their deadness, and a moment ago they could see life, different life, wonderful, new, holy, God's life, the living Christ Who has already been conceived of the Spirit of God in Mary, He was born and walked in the flesh, on earth, full of God.

So we see God's greatness. When you read these Words, if you do not understand them, you step over them as if you were reading regular text. But if you had been in the desert without water for several days and if you had seen a pot of water, you would not have missed the pot, because you would know that your life and your survival depends on it. Don't miss biblical texts as if they were a dead word. Think about what they say to you, think about it, man. Can you live on this earth as God pleases? Can God be pleased with your life? Do you make your Creator happy that you are no longer alive, but His Son lives in you? Is the Holy Spirit free to act in us to glorify Christ? It is beautiful.

Job 33:4:

"The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life."

So what is this Spirit of God like if He can create, give life? What kind a Spirit is it? What can this Spirit do? He can do anything! He is Almighty! Praise the God! Anything can do that you and I cannot do.

Isaiah 34:16:

"Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them."

God said, and the Holy Spirit gathers it all, fills everything, introduces into us people, gives life to us with every Word that comes from God's mouth. None of us can do what God wants, but God's Spirit can do whatever God wants. Whatever the Father says, His Spirit is able to do.

Isaiah 42:1:

Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles."

We know who the Word is talking about. I have put my spirit upon Him, to give the nations the law of God, to inscribe that on our hearts, to bring us to life us according to these holy laws of God, that what God delights, the Holy Spirit, His Spirit would put in you and in me, so that we may lead a new life. This is the work of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, Israel was led out into the desert to taste a little of this Rock, to taste what it meant to be watered in the desert, where lack of water meant death.

Isaiah 11:2:

And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;"

Such a Spirit will rest on a servant of God, acting in accordance with the plan, of the One who sends him. Praise the God. Looking at the Bible, we can see how it happened.

Exodus 31:1-11:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship. And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee; The tabernacle of the congregation, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the tabernacle, And the table and his furniture, and the pure candlestick with all his furniture, and the altar of incense, And the altar of burnt offering with all his furniture, and the laver and his foot, And the cloths of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest's office, And the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded thee shall they do."

See what kind of the Spirit it is. Not only in these spiritual layers, but in the physical ones, we also see it. That's a creative Spirit, He filled these people with creativity, and they had the spiritual ability to do what God wanted in these physical things. Especially in the spiritual ones, without God's Spirit, we are not able to work at God's building and do what God wants. Without the Spirit of God, we are unable to take part in the most holy work that is going on, on this earth, when a house is being prepared for God. Without the Spirit of God, we cannot even see the greatness of this work, look there, or enter there. Without the Spirit of God, we will not understand the way that God works.

Galatians 5:22-23:

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law."

Again, the fruit of God's Spirit activity in us, is who God is, who His Son, Jesus Christ, is, because the Father and the Son are one. So if the Father and the Son are to live in us, to stay in us, this place must be prepared in an honorable way. God is worthy of praise. Only the Holy Spirit can prepare the place and it is the Holy Spirit who fills with the commandments that man begins to do, out of a willing heart. Than man begin to like this what he does, because it is also close to his spirit. Man is willing in heart, his spirit is already moved by God's Spirit, and he cares about what God cares about, on the measure that he already recognized this God in a spiritual dimension, for which he was introduced into by the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 1:17:

"That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:"

Paul knew that these people could have Bibles, they could profess that they believe in Jesus and do not understand what they have to do, not seeing their place in the Church, not seeing their position in the Church, not seeing what God really wants to be in each of His children. It is at any time, in every generation of Christians, the greatest need, that the one Spirit, the Spirit of God, will work in all of God's children who are on earth at the same time, that the God's house could be built up regardless of the nation, wherever it is, in one Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth, the Spirit of God who removes all falsehoods, leads man to repentance, to abandon evil, that opposes God and fills him with a willing heart, openness and skills to take part in this most beautiful matter, over which God's Son, Jesus Christ is fully cared for. And this is a home for God.

Think to yourself that your life only makes sense when the Holy Spirit can direct you as the Lord wants. If abilities sent to you from God can be placed in you, the ability to discern what is good and what is bad, what separates you from eternity and what brings you to eternity, to reject what is bad and choose what is good.  Then your life makes sense.

Hebrews 2: 4:

"God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?"

Isaiah 40:13:

"Who hath directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counsellor hath taught him?"

So who is directing the Spirit of the Lord?

John 16:7-15:

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you."

We have said that the Son does not act against the Father's will in any way, that the Son says nothing else but what the Father says, the Son does nothing else but what the Father does. And right now we have the presence of the Holy Spirit on earth and the Holy Spirit will say nothing else but what the Father said, and it came to us through the Son. Nothing else He will do but what the Father did and what came to us through His Son. This line of God is maintained. Great unity, perfect unity. Just as the Word of God is God and does perfectly what He is sent with, so the Spirit of God is God and does perfectly what He is sent with. God is glorified in His Son as well as in His Spirit. The only One that no one controls is the Father. Father is in charge of everything.

Nehemiah 9:20;30:

Thou gavest also thy good spirit to instruct them, and withheldest not thy manna from their mouth, and gavest them water for their thirst.”(20)

Yet many years didst thou forbear them, and testifiedst against them by thy spirit in thy prophets: yet would they not give ear: therefore gavest thou them into the hand of the people of the lands."(30)

God, You inspired them with Your Spirit, and Your Spirit, whom You gave them, instructed them that they would know well what to do, because You want them to know what to do.

Acts 16: 6-7:

Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia, After they were come to Mysia, they assayed to go into Bithynia: but the Spirit (the Spirit of Jesus – Amplified Bible) suffered them not"

The Spirit of God, the Spirit of Jesus, is the same Spirit, because it is the same glory. The Father and the Son are One, we will see it everywhere. So there are no two spirits, it is the same Spirit doing perfectly what the Father and the Son said.

John 10:30:

"I and my Father are one."

 Acts 13:1-2:

Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.”

And again, if we did not know the truth of God's Word, we might think that the Holy Spirit works and speaks as He will, but it is not, because it is all the time the voice of the Father, all the time it is the voice of the Son.

And then we read in Ephesians 4:10-11:

He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things. (It is the Son of God, Son of Man, the Word which was made flesh) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;”

So we read here that Christ has ordained, who will have a certain position in His Church, and there we read that the Holy Spirit says, "Let them go to the work to which I called them."

1 Corinthians 12:18;28:

"But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him." (18)

"And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues." (28)

So all this is a God's action, both through the Son and through the Spirit. We remember Jesus' prayer after which He comes and establishes apostles, after speaking with the Father. So there is One All-founder, Who decides all things, heavenly or earthly, and this is God the Father, Who has equally worked and is working perfectly on this earth through His Son and now through His Spirit. Remember, keep the word in your heart - creation, creativity, growth, development, more and more in the image of Jesus. Who is doing it? The One who is creative, Who comes straight from God. God is creative, His Spirit is creative, just like the God who sends Him.

Romans 8:9:

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.”

We have the same again. It is the same action, perfectly the same action. As the Father loves, the Son loves, as the Father shows goodness, so the Son shows goodness as the Father is angry, so the Son is angry, as the Father forgives, so the Son forgives. There is no difference in spiritual action. So we see one perfect action of the Father in both the Son and the Spirit.

Isaiah 63:10-12:

But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them. Then he remembered the days of old, Moses, and his people, saying, Where is he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of his flock? where is he that put his holy Spirit within him?"

"He that put his holy Spirit within him." I will read from the Hebrew-English interlinear translation - here it is given a bit differently:

"(...) Where [is] He who put within them Spirit His Holy?"

He placed His Holy Spirit. When a child of God is filled with the holiness of that Spirit, the child of God is holy. He is holy by the power of the Holy Spirit who dwells in him. We do not make holiness, nor do we make saints of ourselves. If anyone does, it is a deception that has nothing to do with God's holiness. It is the Spirit who makes us saint, it is He who introduces God's holiness in us, love for God, respect, fear, as we have read before, surrender, submission, joy, the ability to fulfill God's will. And it is all done by the same Spirit.

"That led them by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name?" (12)

See, the Holy Spirit is sent from God to glorify God's presence, and they vexed the Spirit, they repelled Him, they don't want to surrender to the Spirit of God. They want to live according to a different spirit. What spirit? A rebellious angel. Therefore, they do not want that sanctifying Spirit separating them from what they please. So they repel God's Spirit. They want idols, they want their own values, they want their own contentments, and they don't want the Holy Spirit of God. "Be holy because I am holy", that is, receive My Spirit, do not try for yourself. Do you remember what Jesus cried out on this feast, walking on the earth? "Who Wants". People often do not want it because they do not know the truth, their spirit, the spirit of religion, the spirit of false piety is sufficient for them. But the Holy Spirit has nothing to do with it.

Ezekiel 37:1:

The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones"

In His Spirit, the Spirit of life, the Spirit of glory. When you look at the lifelessness of this world, you can lower your hands. But there is someone who can bring life. Speak the Word, do not try to win someone over with eloquence, philosophy, speak the Word. The Holy Spirit is behind this Word. Tell the truth, the Holy Spirit is behind this truth, beginning to do in this man's heart, what was sent to him with this Word. It does not belong to us, Jesus said that if the Father does not bring someone, no one can come alone. The Father brings by His Spirit. The Spirit touches the heart and people begin to see the need for salvation and in whom salvation is, and then they are starting to sincerely cry out: Jesus, save me!

Joel 2:28:

"And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

We see in the Acts of the Apostles, how this happened when the Holy Spirit began to work in them.

 Zechariah 4:6:

"Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts."

When the Holy Spirit can act normally in you, there is purely within you as in a holy place for God's glory. There are holy thoughts, pure desires, pure aspirations, and pure activities in you. You are creative in God's way, not humanly. But when you quench that Spirit, when you push Him away through your stubbornness or whatever, and when you finally push Him away, you're left alone with the Bible. Then try to be holy, try to be submissive, gentle, try to remain in the truth, try not to sin, try. Without the Holy Spirit, it's worth nothing. Therefore, woe if a man pushes away the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit rests on a man who is cleansed with the blood of Jesus Christ, and fills that man with who God is, with His glory and His splendors.

But there is another spirit that tries to absorb a person with anything else and distract from God to something else. If a person gets caught in this trap, then at some point he walks away, farther and farther from heavenly thinking to bad thinking. "And you talk about what is nice, good and useful." Without the Holy Spirit, you can only read these Words, and those who hear them, after hearing them, will talk not about them, but about something else. "And you always give thanks"; without the Holy Spirit you can read these words to yourself - for what will you thank God? But the Holy Spirit shows you what you cannot see and your spirit is moved by it and you thank God for it. Do not be afraid, the Spirit of God can handle it, only run away from evil. As Jesus said, "From that strange voice, flee to Jesus, to what Jesus says." Fear the Lord, because it is the Lord Who will punish you, but now He wants to rescue, He wants to save, unless a man will repel God's Spirit.

Psalm 139:7-12:

"Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me. Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee."

Nowhere can a man take refuge from the Holy Spirit, he cannot hide himself, lest the Holy Spirit see him. God wants to create. God, let us understand this. God wants to create, God is the Creator, God wants to create a place for His glory. Don't waste your time for carnal running around something that is not God. Let your whole time be filled with knowing God. Continue to walk full of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit who introduces you to who God is, filling you with the character and action of God.

Psalm 143.10:

Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness."

God, let your Spirit lead me on a ground of uprightness! You sent Him to us, let Him fill us. May the need for the Holy Spirit in the church increase even more after this gathering, so that more prayers would be directed: Lord, help me be ready, forgive me wherever I pushed Your Spirit and tried to live my way, by myself. I know how much evil it caused, how much harm it only did to people. Your Spirit came to create what is Your will, Father, in those who believe in Your Son Jesus Christ. They believe that He is your Son and submit to Him, guided by God's Spirit, to respect and honor Your Son as You, Father, and to hear what the Son says as You, Father.

Luke 11:13:

"If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?"

The greatest need of a child of God is to walk in the Holy Spirit, being filled with the Holy Spirit. There is no greater need at any times, on this earth. Neither food nor drink, nor clothes, nor apartment, nor cars, nor work, nor anything else matters, if it is not the acting of the Holy Spirit, the leading of the Holy Spirit in the truth. If anything else is at work, and not the Holy Spirit, it will always be deception, because the Holy Spirit guides God's children to God's eternal presence. No one else can do it; human thought will not bring you before the eternal God to be there and glorify Him. The action of the human spirit will not get you there. Only the Spirit of God can fill you, and lead you on this one path through the Son to the Father.

Acts 5:1-4:

But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet. But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God."

God's spirit is God. Whatever you do against His Spirit, you are doing against God. If a man wants to show himself greater than he is without the Holy Spirit, he can have a big trouble. Because if someone commits a crime against the Holy Spirit, there is no hope for him anymore. Therefore, it is important to understand what it means to offend against the Holy Spirit, so that a man realizes that, and does not enter the area where all possibilities end.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20:

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. "

When God's Spirit fills us, God fills us, then we experience God's presence, because the Holy Spirit is exactly God's Spirit. God comes through His Spirit to man and fills him with Himself, with the glory of His presence. Almighty God Himself with His wonderful abilities enters your life and fills you with what He wants to fill you for His own glory. He gives you what He wants to have in you and what He wants you to do in His Spirit. He requires nothing more, than what He requires of Himself in you. What He gave you this what He wants you to have, and live in it, and do it; no more, no less, just as much as He does in you. It was God who established the members in the body and arranged them as He wanted. Each member needs to be grateful to God, because the same Spirit is bringing life to him and to others, and God, just like to the others, also gives him the appropriate skills. As in our body, some particles have these skills and other particles have different skills. And they all work towards one thing so that we can live and function well. So let's live in the fullness of God's Spirit.

1 Corinthians 2:9-12:

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God."

What creativity, what magnificence, with what thoughts, with what glory God has filled us with.

 Acts 10:34-38:

"Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:  But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all) That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him."

He anointed Him with His Spirit, with tangible creativity, such as the multiplication of bread and they could eat themselves fill of bread, as the forgiveness of sins - it was not so visible immediately, but how important it was, much more than this food.

Luke 11:20:

"But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you."

And this is what Jesus Christ says: "If I cast out demons with the finger of God" - God always mentioned His right hand - "if I cast out demons with the finger of God, the Kingdom of God has come to you."

Matthew 12:28:

"But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you."

Luke 5:17:

"And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them."

If this Spirit is free to work in you and in me, and there are no problems with us, then God's work can be so beautiful, then even your plans are the plans of the Spirit, the plans of Jesus, the plans of the Father. Let only the Spirit of God work in us, Who knows everything.

Matthew 10:20:

"For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you." In the midst of experiences and trials.

Romans 8: 14-17:

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together."

Remember this place in the Bible, if an earthly father can give good things to his children, won't this Heavenly one, knowing that we are dead without His Spirit, even with the biblical knowledge. Won’t He give us His Spirit, if we would see the need for His Spirit more than our skills? It is impossible that He would not give, because He loves us more than any earthly father. And knowing that such a child cannot cope without His Spirit, He fills us all the more, so that we reach our goal, because He wants to see us there before His Holy Face. But only if His Spirit can work in you and in me will we get there and be prepared. God said a Word, and it was done, and now we see heaven, earth, all that happened at the Word of God. God said to me and to you, "Be like My Son" and this Word reached us, we are sure that the Holy Spirit is ready to do it with us. The Holy Spirit is ready to perform in us and through us every promise of God. Rejoice in your God, rejoice that there is still the Spirit of God on this earth, about whom Jesus said: "I will go to the Father and it is better for you, because in my place the Comforter, the Spirit of truth, will come to you to fill you all with skills that neither of you possesses, so that you can do what is according to God's will."

Romans 8:26-27:

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God."

So we see God the Father who decides about everything. The Spirit of God knows what God the Father wants to achieve, and is working in the same direction. The will of the Father is accomplished through the greatest ministry of the Word made flesh, the Son of God and of Man, and through the Spirit of God. The greatest service is fulfilled. The first: salvific, redeeming, and the second: creative, to have us in what has been achieved by the Father in the Son for me and for you, so that by remaining in the Son, we may be ready to meet the Father.

1  Corinthians 12:4-11:

Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit,"

Rejoice God's people! There is someone so rich that we, who have been empty talkers, can have such precious Words. We who did not know, had no idea of the treasures of heaven, can now have a grasp of what we are talking about when we talk about what God has given us in the Son and that it is already in us thanks to the Holy Spirit. This is what Jesus thought when He said that it was better that He should go to the Father, because then we will be filled with riches and we will begin to see what we did not see when He spoke to us.

To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will."

And again we hear that - as He wants - we have this wanting from the Father through the Son and the Spirit. The one wanting of God is perfectly fulfilled in His Son and in His Spirit. We talked about how this wanting must be in you, brother and sister. The wanting of God must be in you and the execution too. You have to want, thanks to the Holy Spirit who brings you into it, to want what God wants, and this wanting and doing it makes you free on this earth. You are no longer looking for what people are looking for, you are interested in something completely different, because the Holy Spirit has filled you with the will and doing of God.

2  Corinthians 3:17-18:

"Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord."

Completely different than in the Polish Warsaw Bible, they allowed themselves a different translation there. God's Spirit is at work in us. Think, who is God then, when the prophet, the apostle says that we live in Him and move in Him? Think if there is anything besides God? Can you imagine that there is God and only God who embraces everything? Heavens of heaven, everything that has been created, and He sends His Word, He shows to us through His Word, sends His creative Spirit to create what we have seen, so that we ourselves could recognize it in our personal lives. Great God.

2 Timothy 1:7:

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

1 Peter 4:14:

"If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified."

Happy you are, you got the greatest treasure, the greatest action of the Holy Spirit, bringing us all the treasures of heaven. You are happy. Are you happy? Many people pass by this splendor, and you have bowed, so that the Lord could fill you with this splendor.

And one last fragment for this morning gathering - the sin against the Holy Spirit is unforgivable.

Matthew 12:31-32:

Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come."

Luke 12:10:

And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven."

Very often today people do not look at the fruit of life, but only perceive others through religious teachings and judge due to them, without looking at whether there is the Spirit of God or not. Their judgments are dangerous to them.

Mark 3:22,28-30:

"And the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils." (22)

Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation: Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit."(28-30)

What did they say? Beelzebub is in Him, the devil is in this Man. The fruit is completely different. Jesus walks, proclaims the truth, shows the Father, obeys the Father's will in every Word and action, fulfills God's task. Their judgment was false and very dangerous to them.

Hebrews 6:4-6:

"For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame."

2 Peter 2:20-22:

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire:"

We said it was the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of sanctification, the Spirit of separating us from the spirit of darkness, from the spirit of the ruler of this world of darkness. This is the Holy Spirit. If the Holy Spirit has separated you from the powers of darkness and you can walk before God's face in this divine sanctification, then be careful, even be very careful, to walk as the Holy Spirit guides you. For if you do sin, God can forgive you, because there is the blood of Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ intercedes before God with this blood. Never disrespect His Holy Spirit and the work of His Holy Spirit in you, do not quench Him by pushing Him away from you as He leads you to a healthy repentance before the great Almighty God. Remember, this is not some proud repentance, but it is real repentance, that is, breaking a man's hardness and making him realize that only God is the One who judges, and man is to listen to Him, and not to argue with God.

We need to understand one important thing in our life - it is God who wants to save us, He wants to rescue us. He might not want to. It is not we who are giving Him grace, it is He who is showing us grace. Never let the devil take it away from you, and convince you that you are doing a grace to God, by being with Him and giving Him time. Remember this is how you quench the Spirit. Listen to what the Holy Spirit is saying to you. The Holy Spirit will tell you nothing but what the Son of God said, what the Father said through the Word, made flesh. Watch out for your eternity, do not go back to the evil that once ruled you, to old habits. Don't go back to Egypt, there is no need. Only degradation is there. In the Kingdom of God, there is growth, development, and glory. Remember that when you do anything to God, you need the Son of God and the Spirit of God in it. You have noticed, you have certainly noticed that the Old Testament Israelite, when he wanted to thank God for something, he could not come with thanksgiving to God without sacrifice, he had to have a thanksgiving sacrifice. Even man's thanksgiving is not pure enough for God. The Holy Spirit has to do it in the New Testament man.

Remember, you always need the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit, you will not see what you gain in Jesus, and you will not see what you are losing by turning away from God. You'll be blind. Remember, more than anything else, including health, you need God's Spirit. Leave behind everything that is incompatible with what Jesus Christ came to this earth for, which is incompatible with what the Holy Spirit came to this earth for. Surrender yourself to the action of the Holy Spirit. There is love, there is purity, there is patience that earthly man does not have. There is gentleness, persistence, abstinence, sobriety, forgiveness. In this Spirit, everything is given to us. In this way the Son of God is glorified in us and in our midst. Amen.
